History of PKS Group

Since the beginning of its long history, which has been continuously written since 1960, the PKS Group focuses on the construction field. During the pre-revolutionary period, we had already built a number of beautiful buildings for cities and businesses. Shortly after 1989, we produced the first window to create the two basic pillars of the PKS Group, namely the general building supplies and the window production. The PKS Group confirms its position on the market with its growing consolidated turnover.

Modern History:

• 1996 – Creation of the PKS Group, which includes PKS HOLDING, a.s., PKS INPOS, a.s. and PKS MONT, a.s.
• 1998 – PKS Group has expanded with other companies such as REALSANT s.r.o., SANTIS a.s. and CONVENT a.s.
• 2013 – Change of name to PKS holding a.s. (originally - PKS HOLDING, a.s.), PKS stavby a.s. (originally - PKS INPOS, a.s.), PKS okna a.s. (originally - PKS MONT, a.s.)
• Present - The PKS Group currently consists of more than 20 companies employing 750 employees and annual consolidated turnover of around CZK 3.9 billion Czech Crowns
